Position: Program Advisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Responsibilities

- Guide students/candidates regarding suitable career and educational programs.
- Explain program details, eligibility criteria, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Handle candidate inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with interested candidates and assist them throughout the application process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update application status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for assessments, interviews, documentation, and enrollment.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly targets while maintaining qualified communication.
- Build and maintain good relationships with candidates.
- Provide regular updates and support to candidates until successful enrollment.

Eligibility & Skills




- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply.

Salary & Perks
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with good communication skills, confidence, and an interest in counselling, education, recruitment, or customer interaction are preferred.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 per week
