Experience: 5–6years in production, fabrication, finishing or manufacturing, preferably with hands-on experience in buffing/polishing and metal finishing.

Education: 12th Pass; ITI in Fitter, Machinist, Surface Treatment or related trade preferred.

The role will involve hands-on production work including buffing and polishing, bench work, WIP quality inspection, assembly, packing and dispatch. The technician will also be responsible for tracking outsourced fabrication/production work and inspecting incoming components before they move to the next stage.

Required Skills & Experience

 Hands-on experience in buffing, polishing, metal finishing, fabrication or general production work.

 Ability to perform basic bench work and use common hand and power tools.





 Ability to inspect and identify surface, dimensional, assembly and finishing defects.

 Basic understanding of drawings, samples and production specifications.

 Experience in product assembly and packing is preferred.

 Ability to conduct basic QC independently and identify when work does not meet the required standard.

 Ability to work across multiple production activities and adapt to changing project requirements.

 Understanding of workplace safety procedures and correct use of PPE.

 Physically fit and comfortable with manual and repetitive tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
