Production Supervisor
What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing — from raw material to final packaging — across printing, pasting, CNC cutting, assembly, and fixture application
- Develop and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plans; ensure on-time dispatch
- Lead and manage supervisors, operators,
and factory staff; drive productivity and discipline
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and rework; improve yield and truckload/logistics efficiency
- Ensure QC at every stage, safety compliance, and audit readiness for domestic and export clients
- Coordinate with Design, Client Servicing, and Procurement; report production metrics and bottlenecks to management
What We're Looking For
- Up to 4 years of experience in manufacturing leadership
- Prior experience in POSM, corrugated, printing, packaging, or display manufacturing preferred
- Solid grasp of production planning and execution
- Experience managing a 50+ workforce; hands-on, execution-focused style
