- Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to achieve planned production targets.
- Monitor production processes, manpower, machines, and material availability.
- Allocate work to operators and production staff based on production schedules.
- Ensure production is carried out as per quality standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Identify production bottlenecks, process issues, and quality deviations and take corrective action.
- Maintain daily production records, shift reports, rejection reports, and other production-related documentation.
