Role Description The Production Supervisor role is a full-time, in office position based in Panaji.

The Production

Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensure adherence to production schedules, and coordinate workflow to meet quality and efficiency targets. This role involves supervising production staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Supervisor will collaborate with management and other departments to address operational issues, optimize production planning, and implement process improvements. The position also requires maintaining production records, reporting on output and issues, and supporting ongoing training and development of team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in overseeing production teams.




- Candidates should be skilled in managing Production Schedules and coordinating daily workflows.
- Candidates should have experience in Production Planning and resource allocation.
- Candidates should demonstrate effective Communication skills for liaison with staff and management.
- Candidates should possess solid Production Management capabilities to meet quality and efficiency goals.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and basic reporting is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, production, or a related field is an advantage.
