Production Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Officer with knowledge or hands-on experience in reactor, batch/continuous column, distillation, utility operations, and production documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor reactors, batch columns, and continuous columns as per SOP/BMR.
- Handle distillation operations for reactors and process columns.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, level, flow, and agitation.
- Handle plant utilities including Steam, Hot Water, Cooling Water, Chilled Water, Chilled Brine, Nitrogen, and Vacuum.
- Perform protected equipment start-up, shutdown, line-up, and changeover activities.
- Maintain BMR, equipment usage logbooks, checklists, and shift records.
- Follow GMP, SOP, EHS, and safety requirements.
- Identify abnormal process conditions and coordinate with Maintenance, QA,



EHS, and Utility teams.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe chemical handling.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Reactor, Batch Column, Continuous Column & Distillation operations.
- Knowledge of industrial utility operations.
- Understanding of BMR, equipment logbooks, SOPs, GMP, and safety.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in shift operations.

Qualification B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant discipline.

Experience

05 years of relevant experience in Pharma, API, Specialty Chemical, or Chemical manufacturing.

Freshers with relevant qualifications and technical knowledge may also apply.
