- Production Manager Cum Quality Control (Tile Adhesive/ Floor Hardener)

- Production Manager –

- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities as per sales and dispatch requirements.

- Supervise batching, mixing, and packing operations to achieve production targets efficiently.

- Ensure proper dosing and usage of raw materials as per approved formulations.

- Coordinate with Stores, QC, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams for smooth production operations.

- Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.

- Ensure products meet required NS, BIS, and EN quality standards.

- Handle quality issues, rejected batches, customer complaints, and corrective actions.

- Maintain production, quality, stock, wastage,



and daily/monthly MIS reports.

- Supervise, train, and manage production operators and QC staff.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, PPE, 5S, and housekeeping standards.

- Identify opportunities to reduce wastage, production costs, downtime, and rejection rates.

- Support R&D; in product trials, formulation improvements, and production scale-up.

- Technical knowledge: Tile Adhesive, Cement/Epoxy Grout, Floor Hardener, Repair Mortar, Block Mortar, Waterproofing Dry Mix, RDP, HPMC, fibers, and other additives.
