Responsibilities
- Production Management: Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities in the Coil and System Tubing Shop.
- Technical Oversight: Understand the process requirement of System tubing shop.
- Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements.
- Conduct inspections and tests on products before supply to assembly lines.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team.
- IMS, Safety audits.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train operators.
- Allocate manpower efficiently and monitor performance.
- Promote a safe and productive work workplace.
- Maintenance Safety: Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health safety regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Implement lean manufacturing, cost-saving initiatives, and best practices.
