Production Manager | Andhra Pradesh

Abad Fisheries is looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead production operations at our state-of-the-art seafood processing facility in Andhra Pradesh.

About the RoleThe Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day factory operations, leading production teams, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with hands-on factory floor experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities
- Lead, motivate, and develop factory-floor teams
- Monitor production output, quality, efficiency, and operational performance
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
- Handle team-related issues and support effective conflict resolution
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, HR, and other departments
- Prepare and analyze production reports and operational data
- Maintain accurate documentation and records through relevant systems
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For





- 5+ years of hands-on factory floor / production management experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and operational documentation
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in food processing / seafood processing / manufacturing will be an advantage
