This role sits at the centre of plant operations and owns production planning, execution, capacity, productivity, quality, cost, and operational excellence.

You will work closely with Procurement, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, Engineering, and R&D; to ensure efficient and timely production.

What you’ll work on

Production Planning & Execution

Lead annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily production planning to achieve targets aligned with business and customer demand

Plant & Capacity Management

Optimise manpower, machinery, materials, production capacity, OEE, and overall plant productivity

Lean & Continuous Improvement

Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, waste reduction, and process improvement initiatives

Quality & Operational Performance

Monitor production KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, drive corrective actions, and ensure quality, safety, compliance, and SOP adherence

NPI & Team Leadership

Lead new product introduction, production ramp-up, and development of production managers, supervisors,



and shop-floor teams

Who this role is for

- - 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Production Operations, including at least 4 years in a leadership role

- - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline

- - Experience managing complete plant operations and large production teams

- - Strong understanding of production planning, capacity management, manufacturing processes, and productivity improvement

- - Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel

- - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, RCA, cost optimisation, and production KPI management

- - Solid leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
