Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Production Executives for a leading company in the Automotive/EV industry at Ennore, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day production and assembly activities on the shop floor.
- Perform assembly of automotive/EV components such as chassis, motor, battery, wiring and suspension.
- Use hand tools, power tools and torque wrenches as per work instructions.
- Conduct visual and functional quality checks during the production process.
- Identify and report defects, abnormalities and production issues.
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures and 5S practices.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Maintain production records and support continuous improvement activities.
- Work effectively with the production team and supervisors.

Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Production or B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Production.
- 03 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing,



Assembly or Automotive industry.
- Candidates with hands-on shop-floor experience in automotive/auto-component manufacturing are preferred.
- Good understanding of production processes, quality and safety practices.
- Willingness to work at Ennore, Chennai.

Salary: Up to 18,000 per month, based on experience and skills. Location: Ennore, Chennai

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.E. candidates in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering with 0-3 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, Assembly or Automotive industry.

Candidates with hands-on shop floor experience in automotive/EV assembly, auto components, quality inspection and use of hand tools/torque wrench will be preferred.

Positive understanding of SOP, 5S, safety and production processes.

Candidates should be willing to work at Ennore, Chennai.
