Role Summary

This role supports daily operations on the production floor, specifically in cutting, stitching, and garment manufacturing. The executive works closely with supervisors to ensure smooth production flow, timely output, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Floor Coordination

- Assist in executing daily production plans for cutting and stitching lines
- Monitor production progress and report updates
- Help allocate work across stitching teams
- Ensure samples and specifications are available on the floor
- Escalate delays or issues to supervisors

Order Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain daily production data in Excel
- Track order-wise progress and line output
- Support basic MIS reporting

Material Coordination

- Coordinate with stores for fabric, trims, and materials
- Track shortages and ensure timely availability
- Support movement of materials between store and floor

Quality Support

- Assist in basic in-line quality checks
- Ensure teams follow approved samples and instructions




- Help manage rework and corrections

Team Coordination

- Work with supervisors, QA, and store teams
- Share production updates and support daily reviews

Key RequirementsMust-Have

- Hands-on experience in textile cutting, stitching, or garment production
- Basic understanding of production processes on the shop floor
- Basic Excel skills

Skills

- Good coordination and communication
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up
- Willingness to work on the production floor

Experience & Qualification

- 1–3 years experience in garmenting / textile production (cutting & stitching preferred)
- Freshers with relevant textile/garment education and practical exposure can apply
- Diploma or degree in Textile / Garment / Production preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.08 - ₹50,000.00 per month
