Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based at SSTech’s facility in Chakan.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to process parameters, safety requirements, and quality standards for equipment and systems manufactured in office.

Responsibilities include production planning and scheduling, coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, quality, procurement, and maintenance), and optimizing workflows to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

? QUALIFICATION:

- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

? EXPERIENCE:

- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the Oil & Gas / Process Equipment Fabrication Industry preferred




- Candidates with hands-on experience in fabrication and production activities are encouraged to apply

?️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Planning and monitoring day-to-day production activities
- Supervising fabrication and manufacturing activities as per drawings and project requirements
- Coordinating with Design, Quality, Materials, and Project teams
- Monitoring fabrication progress and ensuring timely completion of jobs
- Ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, procedures, and quality requirements
- Monitoring manpower, material utilization, and production schedules
- Supporting inspection, testing, and quality requirements during fabrication
- Ensuring safe working practices on the shop floor
