Responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving the production process for nut and bolt manufacturing. Ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate production processes such as forging, heading, thread rolling, machining, heat treatment, and finishing.
- Monitor machines, manpower, materials, and production output to achieve targets.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Tool Room departments to resolve production issues.
- Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of nut and bolt manufacturing processes.
- Positive understanding of production planning and shop-floor management.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and quality requirements.
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
