? Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, delivery, manpower efficiency, and production targets .

? Key Responsibilities

- Monitor production output against target, capacity, and standard time.
- Ensure productivity and delivery performance are achieved as per defined targets.
- Monitor and reduce ineffective time through process monitoring and root-cause analysis.
- Drive initiatives to minimize line rejection and improve production quality.
- Lead and guide Shift Engineers and Team Leaders for effective shop-floor execution.
- Conduct daily production meetings and review production status, line issues, and action plans.
- Monitor machine output, manpower utilization, attendance, and OT.
- Analyze Input Quantity vs. Testing Quantity and identify production gaps.
- Ensure smooth order flow as per standard Time Ticket.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Materials,



and Testing teams to resolve production issues.
- Stop production/work in case of critical Quality or Safety deviations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly production performance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and OEE.

? Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering – Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Production / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in ICM / Electronic Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, productivity, OEE, capacity, and shop-floor management.
- Valuable knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D and CAPA .
- Experience in manpower management and production reporting.
- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
