We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Starter Motor / Alternator manufacturing and production operations.
⚠️ Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates must have hands-on production experience in Starter Motor and/or Alternator manufacturing. Candidates from unrelated automotive product lines will not be considered.
? Key Responsibilities:✔ Manage day-to-day production activities for Starter Motor & Alternator lines
✔ Handle assembly, testing and production operations
✔ Ensure achievement of Production, Quality, Cost & Delivery targets
✔ Monitor and improve OEE, productivity and line efficiency
✔ Handle shop floor manpower and shift operations
✔ Identify and reduce production losses, rejection, downtime and cycle time
✔ Drive line balancing and productivity improvement
✔ Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Process Engineering and PPC teams
✔ Conduct Root Cause Analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
✔ Ensure adherence to SOP, Work Instructions, Quality & Safety standards
✔ Support recent product development, line setup and production ramp-up
