Job Summary

Gulhane Jaipur is looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Assistant to support our production team in the smooth execution of daily operations. The ideal candidate should have solid coordination skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of production processes, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the production team in planning and coordinating daily production activities.
- Follow up with artisans, karigars, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Monitor production schedules and help ensure orders are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain records of production status, materials, inventory, and work orders.
- Coordinate the movement of fabrics, raw materials, samples, and finished products.
- Conduct basic quality checks and report any production or quality issues to the concerned team.
- Assist in tracking material consumption and minimizing wastage.
- Support sample development and production approvals.
- Coordinate with the design, merchandising, inventory, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain production-related documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Help resolve day-to-day production challenges and follow up on pending tasks.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, fashion, textiles, handicrafts, or a similar field is preferred.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Production, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with artisans, vendors, or garment/textile production teams is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Jaipur's textile, fashion, or handicraft industry is preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and skills. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
