NexBrix is a SaaS Startup platform for hospitality businesses. We are looking for an experienced, highly proactive Product UI/UX Designer to work closely with the founder and development team.

This is an ongoing part-time role, approximately 4 hours per day .

What You'll Do

- Review our existing UI/UX and Figma designs.
- Audit and complete/improve our existing design system , which is currently only partially developed.
- Establish consistent components, typography, spacing, colours, states, tables, forms and interaction patterns.
- Review and redesign our web application screen-by-screen .
- Design responsive/mobile/PWA screens and workflows.
- Review and improve our public NexBrix website .
- Identify UX/design problems proactively rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
- Work closely with the founder, developer and QA/Product Assistant.
- Review implemented screens to ensure they match the approved designs.




- Use AI tools where appropriate to accelerate research, ideation and design work.

The Person We're Looking For We specifically want someone who is:
- Strong in Figma and SaaS/product UI/UX design
- Experienced creating and maintaining design systems and reusable components
- Excellent with complex dashboards, tables, forms and responsive interfaces
- Fast and highly productive
- Comfortable using contemporary AI tools as part of their workflow
- Able to take ownership and work independently
- Proactive — we should not need to repeatedly follow up to get work completed
- Available consistently for approximately 3-4 hours per day

We can provide a paid Figma & AI workspace/account if required.
