About the Role

This is a hands-on AI engineering and technical leadership role . You will work directly on multiple AI products, taking ownership of the technical development of AI capabilities from experimentation and prototyping through production.

The ideal candidate is a solid independent coder who can go deep into complex AI problems, evaluate different approaches, build solutions, and make sound technical decisions. You should be comfortable working independently while also contributing to the broader technical direction of our AI products.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building rather than just managing , and who can combine strong coding expertise with product and technology thinking.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML capabilities for B2B SaaS products.
- Write production-quality code for AI and machine learning applications.
- Work extensively with Computer Vision and Deep Learning , including developing and optimizing models for real-world product use cases.
- Build and integrate solutions using Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI technologies .
- Research, experiment, prototype, and evaluate new AI approaches to solve challenging product problems.
- Develop AI workflows and features that can be integrated into scalable SaaS products.
- Translate complex business and product requirements into practical technical and AI solutions.
- Evaluate models, architectures, frameworks, and technologies and make appropriate technical recommendations.
- Optimize AI systems for accuracy, performance, scalability, and production readiness.
- Work with APIs, data pipelines,



model integrations, and other components required to take AI capabilities into production.
- Identify technical challenges proactively and independently work toward solutions.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture of AI products.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to turn AI concepts into usable product features.
- Stay current with developments in AI, deep learning, computer vision, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.

What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of strong hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a closely related technical role.
- Excellent programming and software development skills, particularly in Python .
- Strong expertise in Computer Vision and Deep Learning .
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, AI, Generative AI, and LLM technologies .
- Experience building and deploying AI capabilities in SaaS products , preferably B2B or enterprise products.
- Experience taking AI solutions from research/prototype to production .
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Ability to independently investigate complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.




- Strong understanding of software architecture and building scalable AI applications.
- Experience working with modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Ability to understand product requirements and translate them into technically viable AI solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently without extensive supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.

Education A strong academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred. Advanced education or specialized coursework in AI/ML, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or related fields will be an advantage.
