We are looking for a Product Support Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of product and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to products and services.
- Understand and troubleshoot product-related issues.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers.
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Track and follow up on open customer issues until closure.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and reported issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective support.
- Follow defined support processes,
quality standards, and SLAs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Support, Technical Support, Customer Support, or a related role.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of software/products and support tools.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
