Role Description The Production Chemist is a full-time, on-site role based in Nandod, responsible for supporting day-to-day chemical manufacturing activities. This role involves preparing and handling raw materials, monitoring reactions and processes, and operating production equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.

The Production

Chemist will perform in-process checks, assist with quality control testing, document batch records, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with laboratory and R&D; teams to implement process improvements, troubleshooting production issues,



and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience working with chemical processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret test results, monitor process parameters, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure product consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess exposure to Research and Development (R&D;) activities, including process optimization and scale-up support.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and environmental regulations in chemical manufacturing.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and work effectively in a team-based production environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work in office in rotating or fixed shifts as required.
