We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Product Sales Associate / Trainee to join our growing product sales team at our offshore delivery center. This role supports sales operations for the US market, making it an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in international technology product sales, customer engagement, and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the company’s technology products and services.
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying new leads and opportunities in the US market.
- Participate in virtual sales calls, product demos, and client meetings with senior team members.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to US client needs.
- Maintain and update records in CRM systems.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential US customers.
- Follow up with clients and provide support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring responsiveness to US business hours when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with U.S. market regulations, trends, and operational nuances.
- Strong interest in technology and a passion for learning about IT products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with USbased stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn sales techniques, customer relationship management, and international business practices.
- Basic understanding of the tech industry and current trends is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Willingness to adjust working hours occasionally to support US time zones
