Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with the ability to perform the role of a Product Owner in a highly regulated MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma, or Medical Device environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and regulatory teams to define product requirements and drive Agile product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as Product Owner for Agile Scrum teams and manage the product backlog.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
- Define and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, quality, and regulatory functions.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
- Experience in MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices, or other regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and Product Ownership practices.




- Expertise in requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode from the client location.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Sleep & Respiratory Monitoring, Sleep Therapy, CPAP, BiPAP, Ventilation, or Respiratory Care products.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards such as FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, MDR/IVDR, and QMS.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related fields.
