Role Summary: Experienced AI Technical Product Owner with expertise in Microsoft Azure, Agile methodologies and healthcare domain knowledge to lead the development of AI-powered solutions. This role drives end-to-end delivery of AI programs across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

- Own end-to-end delivery of AI programs across multiple business units.
- Engage with executive leadership, business sponsors, and clients to define AI roadmaps.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence across multidisciplinary teams.
- AI Product Ownership in Healthcare
- Own and manage the product backlog for AI initiatives.
- Translate business, clinical, and regulatory needs into clear features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features based on business value, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor and manage sprint progress, blockers, and dependencies.
- Strategic & Technical Collaboration




- Work with AI architects to define solution design, model training workflows, and deployment pipelines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including clinical stakeholders, to ensure alignment and delivery.

Required Qualifications

Experience

- 8+ years of experience in product ownership or technical product management.
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks and facilitation of all Agile ceremonies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including clinical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of AI lifecycle and healthcare applications.

Certifications

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification.

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps.

Key Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical, operational and clinical audiences.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and align distributed teams
