Responsibilities

Researching different industries and understanding how businesses currently operate

Identifying customer pain points, needs and opportunities

Researching competitors, products and market trends

Speaking with business owners, professionals and potential customers to understand their problems

Communicating what you learn back to the team and helping shape our strategy

Understanding Sigmoid's product and figuring out how it can solve different business problems

Developing use cases and positioning for different industries

Creating content ideas, scripts, presentations, product demos and promotional material

Working with the team to turn customer insights into marketing campaigns

Helping create and test new ways of communicating the product

Representing Sigmoid when speaking with potential users, partners and businesses

Qualifications

Eligibility & QualificationsEducation

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed university/institution.
- Preferred academic backgrounds: BBA, BMS, MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Economics, Psychology, Commerce, Design, or related fields.




- Candidates from other disciplines may be considered if they demonstrate strong interest in business, technology and market research.
- Strong academic record preferred.
- Candidates should ideally be from colleges/universities with a strong academic and qualified environment.

Communication

- Excellent verbal and written English communication is essential.
- Must be comfortable speaking with doctors, business owners, professionals and other external stakeholders.
- Should be confident initiating conversations with people they have never interacted with before.
- Must be able to clearly explain ideas, ask thoughtful questions and communicate insights to the team.
- Robust presentation and interpersonal skills are highly valued.
