Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and continuous improvement of our products. The candidate will work closely with business, technology, design, sales, and operations teams to define product strategy and deliver products that meet customer and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.

- Gather and analyze customer, market, and business requirements.

- Translate business requirements into explicit product requirements and user stories.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders.

- Create and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.

- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog.

- Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are clearly communicated.

- Monitor product performance using relevant KPIs and analytics.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

- Coordinate product launches and feature releases.

- Collect customer feedback and continuously improve the product.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues during product development.

- Communicate product status, priorities, and progress to management and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements





- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of product development and software development life cycle.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of product roadmapping, backlog management, and prioritization.

- Experience creating PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric product development.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SaaS, web, or mobile product development.

- Experience with product analytics and KPI tracking.

- Knowledge of API integrations and basic technical architecture.

- Experience managing products from concept to launch.

- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
