Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – AI & B2B SaaS

We are looking for a Product Manager with 4–6 years of experience, preferably in B2B SaaS / enterprise products, to build and improve AI-powered products at scale.

What You’ll Do

Build and scale products leveraging AI/ML, GenAI and Agentic AI.

Identify customer problems where AI can materially improve outcomes and workflows.

Work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams on ML models, LLMs, recommendations, ranking, matching or search.

Improve existing large-scale products across relevance, performance, reliability, adoption and user experience. Define product strategy, roadmap, success metrics and experimentation frameworks.

Use customer feedback and product data to continuously improve the product.

Own initiatives end-to-end from discovery and PRD to launch, adoption and optimization.

What We’re Looking For





4–6 years of Product Management experience.

Strong experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise products.

Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML-powered products into production.

Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, search, recommendation, ranking, matching or NLP.

Experience improving products or platforms operating at large scale.

Strong analytical and technical understanding, with experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science.

Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into scalable product solutions.

Valuable to have

Experience in recruitment tech, marketplaces, search/discovery, workflow automation or enterprise productivity products. 1
