What You'll Own

- CRM & Lead Management: Build and improve the systems RMs use to manage prospects from first interaction through conversion.

- Lead Allocation & Routing: Design how leads are assigned, prioritised, and routed across the RM team.

- RM Communication: Build tools that track RM-client interactions, surface follow-up gaps, and enable better outreach.

- Internal Workflows: Identify friction in how RMs work and turn operational problems into scalable product solutions.

- Assisted Digital Sales: Discover and build new assisted-digital journeys for Dezerv’s growing product portfolio.

- End-to-End Product Ownership: Work closely with RMs to identify problems, define requirements, ship solutions, and measure adoption and impact.

You'll Be a Great Fit If

- You have 2–5 years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, internal tools, CRM, sales enablement, or ops platforms.

- You have built products used by sales teams, relationship managers,



operations teams, support teams, or other internal operators.

- You are comfortable taking an ambiguous operational problem and breaking it into transparent workflows, states, rules, and product requirements.

- You think beyond features and understand how product design can change user behaviour and improve adoption.

- You have owned products or meaningful product areas end-to-end, rather than only executing against someone else's roadmap.

- You enjoy being close to your users — observing how they work, understanding their pain points, and iterating quickly.

- You are comfortable balancing execution on an existing roadmap with 0-to-1 discovery.

- You can independently pull and analyse basic product data using SQL.

- You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and taking ownership without waiting for perfect clarity.
