Senior Product Manager

Cloud Marketplace & Ecosystem | Licensing & Entitlement Management | AI-Driven Innovation

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape our cloud marketplace and ecosystem experience — covering product discovery, packaging, licensing, entitlement, and monetization across our platform and partner offerings. This role sits at the intersection of platform strategy, commercial models, and customer experience, and demands a leader who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and constantly pushes for smarter, more innovative ways to solve customer and business problems, including through applied AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our cloud marketplace and ecosystem experience — catalog, discovery, packaging, purchasing, and partner/ISV onboarding.
- Own the licensing and entitlement management capabilities that sit behind the marketplace: subscription models, usage metering, activation, renewals, upgrades/downgrades, and compliance.
- Champion continuous innovation — proactively generate, pitch, and pressure-test new product and business-model ideas (e.g., new packaging constructs, bundling, usage-based offers, partner monetization models) rather than only iterating on the existing backlog.
- Partner closely and continuously with engineering, design,



architecture, sales, finance, legal, partner/alliances, and customer success to align on strategy and unblock execution — this role depends on strong, trust-based collaboration, not top-down authority.
- Identify concrete opportunities to embed AI/ML into the marketplace and licensing experience itself (e.g., personalized offer recommendations, intelligent entitlement/usage insights, anomaly and compliance detection, conversational self-service) and into everyday PM practice (AI-assisted research, requirements drafting, prioritization, and analytics).
- Translate cloud, licensing, and marketplace/ecosystem concepts into clear requirements, well-scoped experiments, and prioritized roadmaps that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and commercial impact.
- Define success metrics (adoption, GMV/transaction volume, renewal and expansion rates, compliance accuracy, partner satisfaction) and report progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay close to customers and partners through discovery calls and feedback loops, and track cloud marketplace, licensing, and AI trends to keep the roadmap ahead of the market.

What We're Looking For





- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally spanning cloud marketplace/ecosystem products and software licensing or entitlement management.
- A demonstrated pattern of generating innovative, well-reasoned product and business-model ideas that moved beyond incremental improvements and got shipped.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder-management skills; a natural connector who builds trust and alignment across technical and commercial teams.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture and delivery models (SaaS, IaaS/PaaS, multi-tenant systems) and how licensing, entitlement, and marketplace mechanics integrate with them.
- Hands-on curiosity about applied AI — able to identify realistic, high-value opportunities to use AI within the product and within day-to-day PM work.
- Solid analytical skills and comfort using data to prioritize and to tell a compelling story to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex commercial and technical concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent practical experience; MBA or technical certifications are a plus.

Nice to Have

- Experience with licensing/entitlement platforms or cloud marketplace ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP marketplaces).
- Familiarity with usage-based, consumption, and subscription pricing/packaging models.
- Prior experience embedding AI/ML features into B2B SaaS or marketplace products.
