Prockured is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Listing Interns who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in e-commerce, product catalogue management and online merchandising.
This opportunity is suitable for students currently pursuing college who want practical exposure to how an e-commerce business manages products, content and catalogue data.

Key Responsibilities• Create and update product listings on the company website.
- Add accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, prices, categories and attributes.
- Collect product information and images from different sources.
- Upload and organise product images according to listing requirements.
- Work with product variants such as size, capacity, colour and packing options.
- Maintain accurate catalogue information using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assist in writing clear and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
- Update product data in the company’s e-commerce and catalogue management systems.
- Identify missing, duplicate or incorrect product information and make necessary corrections.
- Research product specifications and organise information in a structured format.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce, purchase and other internal teams for product information.
- Maintain records of completed, pending and updated product listings.
What We’re Looking For• Currently pursuing graduation or another relevant college-level programme.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written English and internet research skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or online shopping platforms.
- Comfortable working with product information, images and specifications.
- Willingness to learn e-commerce platforms and catalogue management tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, WooCommerce, Shopify or similar tools would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
No previous skilled experience is required. We’re looking for candidates who are willing to learn, take ownership of their work and gain practical e-commerce experience.
