Most product internships offer observation. This one offers ownership.

You will join a live product charter, define the metrics that matter,



test user hypotheses and help move ideas from insight to release. Your work will influence how members access and use everyday healthcare.

What You Will Own

Find practical signals in product, user and market data not just produce dashboards.

- Turn insights into requirements, user stories, experiments and measurable next steps.
- Track product metrics, identify usage patterns and recommend actions that improve them.
- Support backlog decisions, sprint planning, defect reviews, demos and release readiness.
- Work across product, design, engineering, data science, operations and business teams.

What Will Make You Effective

You are likely to do well here if you enjoy working with numbers, can structure an ambiguous problem and communicate what the data means.

You should know SQL, understand the product development lifecycle and be comfortable learning quickly. An engineering degree and exposure to AI, automation or digital health are useful; curiosity, judgement and ownership matter more than buzzwords.
