- Product Demonstration Conduct product demonstrations for customers and internal teams. Explain technical features and perks effectively.
- Project Management (Customer-wise) Manage customer-specific projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate required actions across all departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Sales Tools Development Create, review, and refine sales tools and presentations. Ensure tools are aligned with product updates and customer needs.
- Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Regularization Implement and regularize ECN processes. Maintain accurate documentation and communication of changes.
- Documentation & Reporting Track Daily Call Reports (DCR) and ensure timely updates. Prepare troubleshooting guides and provide technical support documentation.
- Customer Acceptance Tests Attend CFAT (Customer Factory Acceptance Test) and VFAT (Vendor Factory Acceptance Test). Ensure compliance with customer requirements during testing phases.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams. Develop troubleshooting guides for common product issues.
