Core Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and distribution channels.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to spot growth opportunities.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, academies, and sports clubs.
- Explore tie-ups with e-commerce platforms, sports academies, and corporate buyers.
- Negotiate and finalize strategic sales contracts or bulk deals.

4. Channel Development





- Expand dealer/distributor network in high-potential territories.
- Onboard and train partners on product knowledge and selling points.
- Strengthen brand presence in retail outlets and sports hubs.

5. Collaboration with Marketing

- Work closely with marketing for promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
- Ensure brand positioning aligns with sales objectives.

6. Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews.
- Track profitability and ROI of different sales channels.
