About the role

This is a 3-month, remote, unpaid internship for people interested in how products actually work, not just how they look, and want to build a career in product design and AI-native software. Based on performance and mutual agreement, it can be extended to 6 months.





This is a global role across time zones, so we track outcomes, not hours. By the end, your design decisions will be live in production.

What you'll work on

You'll work on real products, cirrocraft.com and the CRMs, ERPs, and internal tools we build for clients, figuring out what actually makes them easier to use, down to the button text and microcopy. You'll sit close to the BD team and the customers they talk to, which is how you build product judgment that's in real demand today.

What we're looking for

Someone who can think like a product manager about design, not just make things look good, make them intuitive and make logical sense. You should be comfortable vibe coding, know your way around AI tools and popular open-source repos, and use all of it to move fast without cutting corners.
