Summary

Production planning, material planning, inventory control and dispatch planning.

- Delivery:
- Meet site OTIF targets
- Circulation of rolling dispatch plans to site cross-functional team
- Ensure monthly dispatch and manufacturing commitments are met.
- Collaborate with Tech Ops and Project Management team on execution of current product launches and site transfer projects.

- Material planning:

- Managing end to end MRP run and timely material indenting for commercial, life cycle, new product launches and projects
- Material tracking & scheduling of material deliveries in line with production plan to ensure no line downtime due to material availability.
- Driving monthly review of 12-month rolling material requirement projections for APIs, Lifecycle & high lead time materials

- Inventory management:

- Monitor and control inventory levels of API, RM and PM in line with company targets.
- Monthly assessment of action plans for slow/non-moving inventory




- Provide routine destruction note approvals in line with MRB process.

- Timely escalation:

- Highlight critical issues related to delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.
- Maintain transparent communication in all intra and inter-departmental meetings and emails

- Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement:

- Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity

- MIS:

- Prepare and present routine reports on production and dispatch performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

- Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, including ISO 14001 & 5S
