? We’re Hiring | Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

At BRIGHTBLU, we are scaling our manufacturing operations and are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our supply chain.

This is not a conventional procurement role.

You will have the opportunity to build the entire supply chain function at BRIGHTBLU from the ground up — including supplier development, strategic sourcing, procurement, material planning, inventory, logistics and supply continuity.

What you will own• Build and develop BRIGHTBLU’s supplier ecosystem

- Lead strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations
- Develop alternate sources for critical components
- Own material planning and ensure uninterrupted production
- Build inventory and working-capital management systems
- Drive supplier performance across Quality, Cost & Delivery
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and Finance
- Drive cost reduction, localisation and VA/VE initiatives
- Build scalable procurement and supply-chain processes and systems
- Develop the supply chain required to support BRIGHTBLU’s next phase of growth

Who we are looking for• 8–10 years of experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Supply Chain

- Strong background in Automotive, Automotive Components, Electronics or Electrical Manufacturing




- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
- Experience with electronic, electrical and mechanical components
- Understanding of MRP, inventory planning and manufacturing supply chains
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Someone who wants to build, take ownership and make things happen

Experience with EVs, EV charging, power electronics, automotive electronics or OEM/Tier-1 suppliers will be an advantage.
