Role Description The Procurement Manager (Interior) will oversee end-to-end sourcing and purchasing of interior products and materials, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, involves identifying and qualifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, and negotiating terms to meet project requirements. The role includes managing purchase orders, coordinating with design, project, and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

The Procurement





Manager will monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery or quality issues, and support continuous improvement in sourcing strategies for interior projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid procurement and contract management skills to handle end-to-end purchasing and vendor agreements.
- Candidates should possess supplier evaluation and analytical skills to assess vendor capabilities, pricing, and quality.
- Candidates should possess contract negotiation skills to secure favorable commercial terms and service conditions.
- Relevant experience in interior, architecture, furniture, or construction sourcing is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship skills are essential.
- Proficiency with procurement software, spreadsheets, and documentation tools is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, commerce, interior management, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
