What You'll Do

- Strategic Sourcing: Own end-to-end procurement of PCB, PCB components, PCBA, 3D-printed parts, sheet metal, mechanical components, wires, batteries, and electrical components.
- Global Component Buying: Source through JLCPCB, Digi-Key, Mouser, Element14 and similar platforms, balancing cost, lead time, and availability.
- Vendor Development: Identify, develop, qualify, select, and negotiate with suppliers, and manage long-term vendor relationships.
- Supplier Quality: Run vendor audits, performance evaluations, and supplier quality improvement programmes.
- Planning & Cost Control:



Manage purchase planning, lead times, cost optimization, supply continuity, and inventory alignment.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Production, QC, and Engineering on material specifications, quality issues, and timely availability.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain procurement documentation and support CAPA, risk management, and audit requirements.

We're Looking For

- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering
- 3–5 years of procurement experience in electronics or medical device manufacturing
- Solid technical understanding of electronic and mechanical components
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ECA, CAPA, and risk management as they apply to procurement and supplier management
- Proven negotiation, vendor development, and supply-chain management skills
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Background in Medical Devices, IVD, Electronics, or Instrumentation Manufacturing is preferred
