Role Description The Procurement Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing operations for Steadfast Nutrition. The role involves sourcing and evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and raising and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

The Procurement

Executive will monitor inventory levels,



coordinate with warehousing and production teams, and maintain accurate procurement records and reports. Daily activities include reviewing purchase requirements, assessing vendor performance, resolving supply issues, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality standards. The role also requires close collaboration with finance, operations, and quality assurance teams to support cost-efficient and reliable procurement.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and purchase management, including vendor sourcing and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with creation, tracking, and documentation of purchase orders.
- Solid analytical skills for cost comparison, demand planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Familiarity with procurement software/ERP systems and basic MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and meet timelines.
- Experience in nutrition, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare procurement is an advantage.
