We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, quotation analysis, negotiation, and timely material delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create POs, Service Orders & Work Orders.
- Checking prices, payment terms, freight & delivery schedules.
- Vendor development and coordination.
- Coordinate with Vendors, Stores, Sites & User Departments.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain Procurement MIS & documentation.
- Manage procurement transactions and MIS in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and approval matrix.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
