Job Title: Inside Sales & Procurement Coordinator (Oilfield Industry)

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Procurement Coordinator to support our sourcing, procurement, and sales operations within the oilfield industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and suppliers, obtaining quotations, coordinating with vendors and customers, preparing commercial offers, and ensuring the timely execution of procurement and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify suppliers for oilfield equipment, industrial products, and related materials.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from local and international vendors.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and technical specifications.

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to customers.

Follow up on customer inquiries, RFQs, and purchase orders.

Maintain solid relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients.

Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and management.





Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and sales documentation.

Assist in vendor evaluation and supplier performance monitoring.

Support management in market research, supplier development, and business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in the oilfield, industrial, engineering, or trading sector will be an added advantage.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Knowledge of oilfield equipment, industrial products, valves, fittings, pipes, instrumentation, or related engineering materials is preferred.

Ability to handle RFQs, supplier sourcing, and customer quotations independently.

Location Requirement

This position is open to candidates currently residing in Kerala.
