? What We're Looking For

We are seeking a skilled professional with solid expertise in Celonis Process Mining , SAP business processes , and business process optimization . The ideal candidate will have experience leading process mining initiatives, delivering measurable business value, and partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Own and drive the Process Mining roadmap using Celonis across business domains such as SD, MM, PP, and FI

✅ Establish governance standards, KPIs, data models, and best practices for process mining initiatives

✅ Partner with business leaders, process owners, and COEs to identify opportunities and solve business challenges through process insights

✅ Lead end-to-end Celonis implementations , including:

- SAP S/4HANA data integration
- Process modeling and validation
- Dashboard and application design




- Action Flow implementation

✅ Deliver high-impact use cases such as:
- Working Capital Optimization
- Compliance & Controls Monitoring
- Automation Opportunity Identification
- Bottleneck & Rework Reduction

✅ Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams for:
- Data extraction and transformation
- Custom business logic implementation
- Data pipeline enhancements and maintenance

✅ Quantify business value and create executive-ready insights focused on:
- Cost Savings
- Process Efficiency
- Compliance Improvements
- Cash Flow Optimization

✅ Mentor and lead Celonis analysts and process mining consultants ? Preferred Skills
