Hiring: Trainer Insurance Process

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our team and drive training and development for our Insurance process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, BPO, or Call Centre operations and a strong ability to train, coach, and develop employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction, process, product, and refresher training for employees.
- Deliver training on Insurance products, processes, customer handling, and sales techniques.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations, mock calls, role plays, and knowledge checks.
- Identify knowledge and skill gaps and implement appropriate coaching interventions.




- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure employees meet required quality and productivity standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate qualification is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Trainer in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, BPO, or Call Centre operations.
- Robust knowledge of Insurance/BFSI processes and customer-facing operations.
- Candidates with a strong sales process background in a BPO/Call Centre will also be considered.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation CTC: Up to 7 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and current compensation.
