Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendors for quality, cost, and timely delivery.
- Drive cost optimization, strategic sourcing, and vendor development initiatives.
- Manage purchase planning, order execution, inventory requirements, and supplier performance.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams for seamless procurement.
- Establish and improve procurement processes, SOPs, and controls.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
- Hands-on experience in procuring packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods is mandatory.
- Strong experience in vendor management, negotiations, sourcing, and cost optimization.
- Industry preference: Personal Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, or related consumer products.
- Strong understanding of procurement, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a high-growth/startup environment is preferred.
