Role Description The Process Associate – Quality Control is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for monitoring and reviewing back-office processes such as order processing, inventory updates, import tracking to ensure accuracy and adherence to client and company standards. The role involves validating data entries, identifying discrepancies, documenting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve errors.

The Process

Associate will prepare quality reports, maintain process compliance checklists,



and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes communicating with team members and supervisors to clarify requirements, share feedback, and support smooth day-to-day operations.

- Strong analytical skills to review data, identify errors, and ensure process accuracy.
- Customer service orientation to support client requirements and maintain service quality.
- Effective communication skills for clear reporting, coordination with teams, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of finance to support accounts receivable and related processes.
- Familiarity with business process outsourcing (BPO) environments and back-office workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to work with detailed information, follow standardized procedures, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in commerce, business, or a related field preferred.
