Job Title: Process Coordinator – Fresher

Department: Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible fresher to join as a Process Coordinator. The candidate will coordinate with different departments, monitor daily activities, maintain records, and support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Logistics teams.
2. Follow up on daily activities and ensure timely completion.
3. Monitor process status and update the concerned team.
4. Maintain process records and documentation.
5. Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
6. Collect and update operational data.
7.



Identify delays or process issues and inform the reporting manager.
8. Support process improvement activities.
9. Ensure work is carried out as per company procedures.
10. Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

4. Basic problem-solving skills.
5. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualification

1. Any Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
2. Freshers can apply.
3. Internship or project experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
