Technical Leadership & Founding Team (Director) Opportunity

CoreASIC Technologies Private Limited | Bangalore / Hyderabad | Full-Time The OpportunityCoreASIC Technologies is building and growing its ASIC/SoC verification organization in India. We are looking for a senior technical leader who can play a hands-on role in shaping our verification capabilities, technical direction, and engineering team. For the right individual, the opportunity could include a Director-level role and participation in the core founding team, while continuing to contribute technically.

We are particularly interested in professionals with 12+ years of ASIC/SoC verification experience who have grown into Verification Lead, Architect, Staff/Principal Engineer, or similar technical leadership roles. If you have robust domain expertise and have thought about doing something entrepreneurial at some point in your career, we would like to talk.

CoreASIC has an early foundation and North American leadership presence, while still being at a stage where experienced technical leaders can meaningfully influence what gets built. There is no expectation that you decide upfront whether entrepreneurship or a founding-leadership path is right for you - the first step is simply an exploratory conversation.

What You Could Help Shape· Verification architecture, methodology, and technical standards across challenging ASIC/SoC programs.

· Complex IP, subsystem, and SoC verification environments and verification plans.

· Technical leadership, mentoring, and development of strong verification teams as CoreASIC scales.

· Technical engagement with customers on architecture, verification challenges, and delivery.





· The long-term technical capability and direction of CoreASIC's verification organization.

What We Are Looking For· 12+ years of hands-on ASIC/SoC Design Verification experience.

· Strong SystemVerilog/UVM and core verification fundamentals.

· Demonstrated technical leadership - leading verification efforts, architecture, projects, or engineers.

· Experience with complex IP, subsystem, or SoC-level verification.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Entrepreneurial curiosity and interest in taking broader ownership as an organization grows.

Additional domain experience is welcome, not mandatory: Formal verification, UPF/power-aware verification, PCIe/CXL, DDR, chiplet/interconnect verification, regression automation, or AI-assisted verification workflows. We do not expect candidates to match every area.
