Build the Teams Behind High-Growth Technology Startups

CareerXperts Consulting is looking for a Principal Technical Recruiter to take ownership of complex technology hiring mandates, particularly for startups and high-growth technology companies .

This is a hands-on senior recruitment role for someone who understands technology deeply, can engage confidently with founders and engineering leaders, and knows how to identify exceptional talent in highly competitive markets.

What You Will Do

- Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized and senior technology roles across engineering, product, data, cloud, AI/ML, DevOps and other technology functions.
- Partner directly with Founders, CTOs, Engineering Heads and Hiring Managers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Build creative and targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-find technology talent.
- Identify, assess and engage passive candidates across competitive talent markets.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure and joining .
- Build strong candidate relationships and create talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support startup clients in designing hiring strategies, talent mapping and market intelligence .




- Mentor junior and mid-level recruiters and contribute to improving recruitment practices and delivery quality.

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with exposure to startups, product companies or high-growth technology organizations .
- Strong understanding of technology roles and the ability to differentiate between various technical skill sets.
- Proven experience closing senior, niche and hard-to-find technology talent .
- Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, referrals, communities and other talent channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with Founders, CTOs and senior engineering leaders .
- Strong communication, negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- A consultative mindset with the ability to understand the business behind the hiring requirement .
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace with multiple priorities.
