The Role:

We are seeking a visionary Principal Structural Engineer to serve as a cornerstone of our technical leadership. In this high-impact role, you will move beyond project management to drive the technical direction of the firm. You will be responsible for the structural integrity of our most ambitious high-rise projects, steering complex engineering strategies, and ensuring that SSC remains at the forefront of global design innovation.

What will you do: ‍

- Learn professional engineering procedures, codes and company standards.
- Technical Authority: Serve as the final technical reviewer for complex high-rise and long-span structures, ensuring safety, efficiency, and code excellence.
- Strategic Design:



Define structural systems and design philosophies for landmark commercial and residential towers from the concept stage.
- Innovation & R&D;: Lead the implementation of advanced technologies, including composite steel construction and high-end BIM-integrated workflows.
- High-Level Stakeholder Management: Act as a key technical consultant for developers and architects, navigating sophisticated engineering challenges during the project lifecycle.
- Organizational Growth: Provide input and suggestions to improve the overall performance and technical standards of SSC.
- Talent Development: Mentor Senior and Project Engineers, cultivating a culture of technical mastery and professional growth within the organization. ‍

What will you bring: ‍

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.‍
- Experience: Extensive, senior-level experience in the structural engineering of large-scale buildings (typically 10+ years).‍
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level command of ETABS, SAFE, and Excel, with a profound understanding of Indian and International codes (IS, ACI, AISC, ASCE).
- Leadership Presence: Proven ability to work independently with high accountability and provide practical engineering judgment for complex problems.
