Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal Software Architect with 12–15 years of experience to define the technical roadmap, system design standards, and architecture blueprints for our core platform. In this role, you will ensure high availability, security, and scalability across all engineering applications while mentoring top-tier engineering talent.

- Technical Vision &
- Architecture: Spearhead the design and evolution of scalable, distributed microservices architectures and cloud infrastructures.

- System Reliability &

- Security: Ensure high availability, low latency, robust data protection, and compliance with industry security protocols.

- Code &

- Engineering Standards: Establish best practices for code quality, system performance optimization, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Technical Mentorship: Act as a technical authority,



mentoring senior software engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and engineering excellence.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with product and executive teams to translate long-term business goals into scalable technical architectures.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Experience: 12–15 years of hands-on software development and architecture experience within high-scale consumer tech or enterprise product environments.

- Tech Stack Expertise: Deep mastery of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), up-to-date programming frameworks, and database optimization.

- Leadership Skills: Proven capability to drive technical consensus, manage complex migrations, and guide engineering squads.
